An operating model that integrates receiving, stowage, kitting and regional delivery.

Purpose of the model
The model combines information and physical flow from arrival at the warehouse to the store or customer. Reception, address storage, packaging and regional routes are planned according to the order profile.
What does the plan include?
- Acceptance rules by SKU, batch, expiration date and barcode.
- Addressed storage based on ABC turnover and product characteristics.
- Scan events during picking, inspection, packing, and shipping.
- Delivery waves across the city and regions, acceptance windows and returns.
Adaptation data
You need the number of SKUs, average inventory, pallet and box sizes, order lines, seasonal peaks, receiving and delivery addresses, return policies, and integration capabilities.
