Scope

The policy explains how data received through contact, quote and other forms on vegasiriuslogistics.az is processed. Questions about the data can be directed to info@vegasiriuslogistics.az.

What data is processed

When submitting the form, the name, company, telephone, e-mail, service, points of departure and destination, type, weight and dimensions of the cargo, date of readiness, Incoterms, message and voluntarily uploaded documents can be processed. Purposes of use

The data is used to respond, pre-qualify shipments, prepare quotes, communicate with you, protect forms from abuse, and keep the site running. Information is not sold for unrelated marketing.

Documents and access security

Uploaded documents are not published to a public address. They are stored in a private server storage and are accessible only to authorized administrators from the ticket record. Transmit confidential commercial information only if it is necessary for settlement.

Cookies and Analytics

Necessary cookies may be used for session, form security, and language features. If analytics is connected, it is activated only after consent in the cookie banner. The selection is saved in the browser and can be reset by clearing its storage.

Campaign Source Data

Only after consent in the cookie banner, the UTM values ​​of source, medium, campaign, content and term of the first visit, only the origin of the referring site and only the path of the first opened page are stored in the browser’s localStorage for no more than 30 days. The query string, URL fragment, advertising identifiers, and full path of the referring page are not saved. If a form is submitted during this period, this limited data is sent to the server along with the hit to measure the effectiveness of the campaign. If consent is refused or withdrawn, the data is deleted and not collected.

Storage and transfer

The data is stored as long as necessary to process the request, possible service relationships, security and legal obligations.
