Phased delivery of construction materials

Purpose of the model
The model divides construction materials and equipment into batches from procurement to the order of acceptance at the site. The sea, rail and road stages are coordinated with the work schedule, storage and unloading resources.
What does the plan include?
- Dividing the cargo list into batches by construction stage, priority and size.
- Basic and alternative sea, rail and road connections.
- Windows of the terminal, temporary storage, customs and site.
- Cranes, permits, securing and track auditing for heavy and oversized units.
Adaptation data
We need a list of materials and equipment, dimensions and weight, completion dates, construction schedule, storage and unloading capabilities, customs data and priorities.

- Planning problem
Early arrival creates storage and reprocessing, late arrival creates schedule risk. Procurement, transit, and on-site acceptance must be managed on one master schedule.

- The list is coded by stage of work and site priority.
- Batches are formed according to size, readiness and compatibility of transport.
- For each batch, a main route, a backup link and an acceptance window are selected.
- A change in priority and notification when there is a delay or change in schedule are configured.
